WHAT ARE POWDER AND LIQUID PAINTS?

Powder coating is applied by electrostatic means, acquiring excellent properties when polymerized by temperature. Improves corrosion resistance and ultraviolet light degradation.
The liquid paint can be applied on a wide variety of substrates and with a customized finish.

Before applying the paint, parts go through a surface preparation process consisting of degreasing, phosphating and different washes.

Why choose cataphoresis for painting our parts?

More and more industries are selecting cataphoresis as a coating type due to its excellent finish quality, high productivity, reasonable costs and high efficiency. Cataphoresis can be used as a final finish or as an excellent base for other types of final finishes. Easily conforms to original configurations while maintaining design tolerances on parts

We offer anti-heat paint for certain applications where high temperature conditions exist.

    Multilayer treatment types

Thanks to the versatile application of cataphoresis in all parts, and its ease of painting any of the holes in them, we have the possibility of adding an extra coating against corrosion and oxidation.

A very compact coating that will give one of the best protections to your parts, and can last from 20 to 40 years in industrial environments and from 50 to 100 years in more aggressive environments.

DO YOU NEED ANOTHER TYPE OF TREATMENT?

    Some powder coating benefits.

Excellent corrosion protection. Good performance in cataphoresis or powder coating treatments.
Ideal for outdoor use or parts subject to harsh environments.
Heat resistant and can maintain good corrosion protection after being exposed to high temperatures.
Good alternative to cadmium plating or hot dip galvanizing.

All you should know about our treatments

Anti-heat paints are paints whose resin-based composition and special pigments allow the protection of interior or exterior surfaces that are exposed to high temperatures. They are also an excellent alternative as a finish for other surfaces due to their many other properties:

    • High hardness and friction resistance.
    • High performance with great covering power.
    • They are elastic and do not crack. They allow to absorb the dynamic changes of the support generated by temperature variations.
    • They have great direct adherence to steel, without the need to be previously primed.

They can withstand temperatures up to 800º, but are not suitable for areas in direct contact with fire flames.

Our quality department will advise you on which process will best suit your part to achieve the best adhesion, resistance and corrosion protection.

For those tests of different parts with different multilayer treatments, we have a salt spray chamber to perform accelerated corrosion tests, providing a salt spray atmosphere, and control the variables involved in the process.

I have a product that I want to paint but I don’t KNOW what is the best solution.
