This legal notice regulates the use of the Internet portal service www.grupokataforesis.com property of EUSKAL KATAFORESIS S.A. (hereinafter, EKT) with CIF A48716633 and registered office at Pol. Industrial Arriandi s/n, 48215, Iurreta, Biscay, registered in the Companies Registry.

EKT, who is responsible for the website, places this document at the disposal of users, through which said provider complies with the obligations established in Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE according to its spanish initials), and informs all users of the website of the conditions of usage of the site.

Anyone who accesses this website acquires the status of user, and as such undertakes to strictly observe and fulfil the clauses set out here, as well as any other applicable legal clause.
